William specialises in providing threat assessments and risk mitigation strategies for clients around the world.  He is knowledgeable in standard risk management processes including ISO31000.  He is also an active shooter/threat instructor who graduated from the United States Federal Law Enforcement Training Centre’s (FLETC) Active Shooter Threat Training Program.

William has a Masters of Science degree from the University College London in Countering Organised Crime and Terrorism where he learned evidence based security solutions at the Jill Dando Institute of Security and Crime Science. He wrote a master's dissertation focusing on aviation security threat assessments.  William also has a Bachelors degree from the University of Pittsburgh in Administration of Justice.  He is a graduate of the Indiana University of Pennsylvania's Municipal Police Academy as well as Pennsylvania State University's Constable Academy.  

 

William has 20 years experience in public sector law enforcement who's career spanned from a patrolman at a municipal police department to retiring as the elected head of a law enforcement agency. 

 

William's private sector security experience includes security management at six major casino resorts on the Las Vegas strip and providing operational security and threat assessment expertise for a major U.S. based airline.
